Use me to take care of your day to day tasks, schedule your appointments, email management, travel and accommodation bookings whilst always thinking ahead of things that may be required!
Research
I can scour the world wide web for information that you need, make phone enquiries or consult a good old fashioned book. I will then compile findings into an easy to read document.

This can also work as a Business Development tool generating new leads for your business.
Desktop Publishing
Creating newsletters, posters, flyers and covers etc in a professional way so that your business publicity is produced to reflect your values, mission statement and message.
Minute taking & Transcription
Many office-based workplaces have changed the way they are working with more meetings taking place virtually. I can minute virtual meetings or you can send me audio clips to transcribe, capturing key points of meetings and typing them up in your business house style, making certain that your meetings are accurately recorded with actions clearly highlighted to ensure efficient follow-up.
General Admin
I like nothing more than a bit of good old admin!

You can leave general tasks to me such as; keeping staff records up to date, data entry, ordering of office supplies, copy typing

I have years of experience in organising a wide variety of events including team socials, christmas parties, bespoke away days and team-building events.

As with the business side I can also help with your home admin too. From organising, planning and researching personal projects and events or gift purchasing, gyms membership and general wellbeing.

Researching bespoke gift ideas for family, friends, staff and corporate giveaways so that you don’t have to spend hours online searching for that unique or personalised gift and are left with just one beautifully presented list to choose from.
Social Media Management
You provide the content/images and I'll do the rest. I can schedule posts on a regular basis that will automatically post to your socials.
